HOW TO PIMP

Step 1: Be ready and open-minded. Pick what you like.

Step 2: Simply fill in the order form with all the required information (for serious buyers only). For enquiries, please email to pimpmydresser@gmail.com

Step 3: Wait for our email reply on item availability, confirmation and payment details.

Step 4: Pay your pimp (that’s us!) and email us (name, receipt/bank slip, order no.) once payment is made. If you are using online transfer, it's better that you cc us (pimpmydresser@gmail.com) in your transaction if there is such facility with your bank to do so. For ATM cash deposit, please notify us through email or SMS. We need to know it is YOU who have deposited the cash as the bank does not provide name details to us. Otherwise, we will just assume that Santa has visited with a big bonus for us. Seriously, failure to do so may result in order mix ups and delays.

Step 5: Give your courier boy a big grin when he arrives.

PIMP RULES

- Once order is made, we assume you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

- Serious buyers only.

- First come first serve basis.

- All sales are final and goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

- No back outs! You don’t want to be pimp-listed!

- Payment must be made within two (2) days. Your order will be automatically cancelled and released for grabs again without prior notice if no payment is received.

- Delivery is done within the operation hours of Pos Laju only. That means on some Saturdays but for sure, Sundays/Public Holidays, they will not deliver. They too need a break! We will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses. There will be additional postage charges for resend.

- Postage and handling charges:

POS LAJU courier: less than 500gm (1-2 items): RM6 for West Malaysia, RM8 for Sarawak, RM9 for Sabah.

500gm - 1kg: RM8 for West Malaysia, RM11 for Sarawak, RM12 for Sabah.

Pos Ekspres A4: RM4.50 - 1 item

- ETA of goods: 1 - 3 days after payment received (unless we are travelling for more pimps). Please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there is someone to receive the goods for you as Poslaju requires acknowledgement.

- For international buyer (outside Malaysia), we will confirm your shipping fees and ETA once we receive your order and address details.

- Goods sold are new (unless stated otherwise) and in good condition. Item colour may differ slightly due to lighting and different devices used by us all.

- All accessories worn are not included with purchase unless stated otherwise.

- We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during delivery.

- Price stated is in Ringgit Malaysia. Courier charges are not inclusive.
